Is there maintenance after hours?

A.

Yes! We provide 24 hour maintenance service. If you have an emergency work order, please feel free to call our after hours service line-such as a lockout or no heat in the winter. If your request is a routine request, please wait until the next business day to call.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and also after hours and on weekends by appointment.

Can I be mailed an information packet?

A.

Absolutely!  Please send us a message on the Contacts page and we will be happy to send you information by mail or by email.

How do I pay my rent?

A.

We accept check, money order, direct deposit, wire transfer or E-check or credit card payment online payment through PayRentChex.  If paying by check or money order you can pay in person at the leasing office during business hours, drop your payment off in our rent box 24 hours a day, or mail your payment to the leasing office. Rent is due by the 1st of the month.

Can I sign a month to month lease or does it have to be for 1 year at a time?

Our leases are for 12 months initially. We do offer a military clause, and you do have the option of renting month to month after the initial 12 months is satisfied.  We are offering a month to month lease and a 3 month lease option at 2 of our sites.  Please call 315-493-6202 for more details.

Are pets allowed? What kinds? How big? How many?

A.

Yes, we do allow pets!  We allow up to 2 domestic animals (cats or dogs).  Any well behaved size or breed.  We also allow caged birds and fish.

Are there apartments available for immediate occupancy?

A.

Occasionally we do have apartments immediately available.  This changes on a daily basis.  Please feel free to call us for up-to-date information.

Do you have furnished apartments?

A.

Unfortunately we do not have furnished apartments. We do have information of local companies that can provide an entire house of furniture on a rental basis for a reasonable cost!

Can I transfer a lease to my roommate?

A.

Yes. Provided you both submit this request in writing, and your roommate qualifies to rent.

Do you have a waiting list?

A.

Occasionally we do have a waiting list.  Our unit availability changes each and every day.  Please feel free to call us.  If we cannot find you a home at the location you prefer, we have 6 other sites where we may be able to find one for you!

What do I do if I lose my key?

A.

We provide 24 hour maintenance at all of our sites.  Simply call for assistance and we will be happy to let you into your home.  There is a small key replacement fee.

Do I get my deposit back when I move out?

A.

Your security deposit is fully refundable less any cleaning/damage charges on move out.
